Our current design transformer 25KVA, 63KVA, 100KVA, 150KVA, 160KVA, 200KVA, 250KVA, 315KVA, 500KVA, 630KVA & 1000KVA, 11KV/433V have been successfully Short Circuit Tested at C.P.R.I. Bhopal/ Bangalore. Our 25, 63, 100, 150, 160, 200, 250, 315, 500, 630 & 1000KVA 11KV/433V & 750KVA 33KV/433KV Transformers have also been Impulse Tested at Jadavpur, Kolkata/CPRI Bhopal.

TECHINICAL DETAILS OF OUR MANUFACTURED TRANSFORMERS: |

a) TANK
Tank wall will be constructed from Tested quality M.S. Sheet having only two welding at two corners and it will be double welded.
It will have sufficient stiffener of continuous welded on the tank wall. The tank will be subjected to vacuum test and will be
capable of Extra 25% pressure than the normal pressure without distortion. Other details/Fittings will be provided as per your
specification. We shall use the tank as per CPRI approved Drawing. |

b) CORE
We shall use M4/M-5 Grade or better grade CRGO Lamination with Karlite Insulation on both side and fully annealed. Our core will be of "Mitered" joint to reduce the No Load current and losses. The core step will be properly assembled to reduce noise minimum level. Other details will be as per your specification. No cut core will be used i.e. But joint core will not be used. The core area etc. will be as per Short Circuit Test design. Core cross section will be as per CPRI Drawing. |

c) WINDING
We shall use EC Grade Copper D.P.C. (Double Paper Cover) strip in LT and DPC wire in H.T. The core and coil assembly will be subjected to drying and oil will be filled in thereafter. Other details will be as per your Specification. |

d) SHORT CIRCUIT CAPACITY
We have done Short Circuit Test of 25KVA, 63KVA, 100KVA, 150KVA, 200KVA, 250KVA, 160KVA, 315KVA, 500KVA, 630KVA and 1000KVA Transformer from C.P.R.I. Bhopal. The Test has been conducted as per ISS 2026/1977. |

e) TAP CHANGER
Externally operated OFF Load Tap changing Switch on HV side will be provided. It will be having all the feature as per your pecification. Further now we have introduced one mechanical barrier so that you cannot change tap switch from position (1) (+5%) to Position 5(-5%) by just rotating one slot i.e. to come to +5% from –2.5% you have to travel all the step i.e. overshoot is avoided. Rated Load will be vailable in all the tap position. |
